Surgery report on our dear friend Skip....
About 3:00 on Thursday
Skip just came out of surgery. They were able to remove all of the tumor! However, the tumor is a stage 3 , possibly stage 4, which means definitely chemo therapy lies ahead. They do not anticipate that he will have any further loss of motor skills. He’s in recovery and may have to stay at UCLA Hospital for therapy afterward, but that will be determined later.
When he wakes though, he will be happy that his wife Linda was able to retrieve the screws they put in his head during his first surgery 4 years ago for him to keep! Funny Skip!
