Summertime in St. George, Utah
Doug and I took the girls to Nevada to meet Papa Steve for the "handoff". They went on home to Utah with Papa for a week long visit with him and Mimi. They had a great time playing in the pool, playing with Opus and Banjo (their dogs), going shopping and doing manicures with Mimi. Mimi is a great photographer and I love getting a disc of all the pictures she takes during their visits! We were supposed to meet up with them the following Saturday but Doug and I surprised them by driving all the way on Friday night. It was a great surprise for them and the smiles on their faces and huge hugs made the long drive worth it! We were able to spend the weekend with Dad and Sheila before heading for home sweet home on Sunday.
